Do you offer any free trials?
Yes we offer a 24 trial period with a full functioning app on one device. Contact for download information and log in info. If your still on the fence, let us know for an extension.
Do you issue refunds for packages?
Because we offer free trials, we do not offer refunds. If your still not sure, ask your customer service rep for a one time 24 hour extention. We want you to love the service!
Do you offer referral bonuses?
YES we do! If you refer a friend or family and they purchase a year, we will issue you one month free added to your contract.
I am not tech savvy! can you help?
Absolutely! We have a detailed tutorial area we ask you review first, and if your still having issues on set up please call and one of our techs will have you up and running in no time!
what to do if the service is down?
Galaxy HD is up 99 % of the time, but we are digital and need to update technolgy, movies, series and new channels which happens between 5 and 8 am EST and lasts about .30 mins. So please be patient during update becasue that means new content! If your problem persists please refer toour tech page.

Q: Does this come with internet or do i need my own internet?
A: You will ned to secure your own internet or wifi. Our service does not provide that. We just provide the programming on the app.
Q: How many devices can I connect to?A: The basic packages will allow you to use 1 device. You can add more lines to your account and select a package with more connections. The number of connections is listed under each package.
